I selected the account "Facebook" to sync the contacts in this account and any contact appears in MPE
If I select other accounts (phones, linkedin or whatsapp) the sync is done.

I tried the option "Sync all contacts" . The contacts of other accounts are sync but the contacts of FB are NOT sync ...

Another option to detect added/changes photos

Add a screen will show photos in Outlook and MPE for every contact.
And 3 options: "use outlook photo", "use phone photo" and "no changes"
Then user can decide what photo will be used in future

I tested new beta. I think now it works.

More wishes: Will MPE detect added/changed photos in future releases?

I think the problem is the size of photo (in pixels not in Kb)

After I wrote the post, I did a lot of tests.
When I found a contact with problem, I saved the photo from Outlook to a JPG file.
Then, in MPE I used the option to load photo and EVER the size (in pixels) was different (not squared like ...

I downloaded the beta version in link.
I used the new button and it didn't work frequently.
MPE says "Kontaktbild wurde nicht gefunden" with some contacts that have photo in Outlook.

I tested to delete the photo in mobile and MPE don't copy the new photo in some cases.

The one way that ever works is to delete the contact in phone.
