No PC Suite is not running, and nothing is blocking Com port. This is very weird problem

I have K750 ant Toshiba BT stack (sw ver. 4.0). I can connet to my phone using original SE soft jus fine, but MPE says "Phone Could not be identified".
Yes, I have created COM connection. And yes, it is connected properly.
