I just realized that I never mentioned that we are trying to sync/multi-sync with Outlook 2010.
The Win7 is 64 bit and has all the "important" updates from Microsoft.

Tried USB, Now if Crashes in Same Manner as WiFi Linking
The lack of connectivity with USB appears to be resolved with the new Samsung USB driver. Thanks.
