Well actually, I have simply done a clean install of Win10. But i forgot to export my settings from old MPE setup. I still have the folders AppData\Roaming\MyPhoneExplorer and subfolders from old install.

Can I use these old folders to copy the setup without have to start from scratch? Are there ...

My photos have been syncing perfectly for months, but suddenly the sync is taking forever, and it's trying to copy nearly 500MB of photos when I have only added a couple more. The sync eventually crashes. Is there any way to reset this without copying all my phone photos over to my PC again?

Same problem as described above. Conflict appears after several synchronization or randomly. It brings popup window from OUTLOOK 2016 that says oulook 2016 must be repaired(outlook not working properly), and if I click ok or yes it will close MPE, but outlook works further normally. Win 10 ...

I too am getting this problem, plus the sync is causing my s7 to crash and reboot regularly...this is BAD!

OK, I'm on windows 8.1 and syncing with outlook. I am syncing both ways as I make changes to both contacts on phone and on PC regularly, but I guess my PC is the defacto master.

I am sure this has happened before and I posted about this then and got an answer ...

It's been 10 days since this post and I can't sync my contacts until it is resolved. Can someone please tell my what to reset to avoid this mis-sync?

Lucky, I have my sync options on manual confirm, because after the upgrade to the new PC version all my contacts are somehow out of sync. In other words, MPE is failing to compare like-with-like and is trying to match up different contacts, and so is failing.

The internal filecache of MyPhoneExplorer has technical reasons. There is a option in Menu-File-Settings-Advanced 2: "Delete file cache when MyPhoneExplorer is closed" -> activate this
