After some research, it seems that this behavior depends on the calendar app used. I've tried a few; The built-in samsung calendar is worst. The best results are with aCalendar - https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... ndar&hl=en.

I also have such a problem: recurring events in Outlook 2010 are duplicated on the phone after their finish date.
In Outlook and MPE desktop they're OK.

- Win 7 x64
- MPE 1.8.2
- Samsung Galaxy W (GT-I8150), android 2.3.6 (GINGERBREAD.JHLM1)

Otherwise this is great software!
