I attach the phone to the computer with USB.
I ejected the two drives that connect when I do that.
I loaded MyPhoneExplorer and attempted to sync photo's. I get the message: Could not find photo folders on the phone!

I do not have an SDK card. Is this the problem? Can I configure where ...

I don't see the files in MyPhoneExplorer. I think that is the problem. It can't find them on my phone. In my phone they are in:
\Albums
\dcim\Camera
\Pictures

I tried every place I could think of that My Phone Explorer might look. These locations show up when I connect the ...

I have Sync photos turned on but I keep getting the error message:
Could not find photo folders on the phone.

How do I tell it where they are? I have tried putting photos in several locations on my phone but they are never found.

Outlook has a Full Name, Company, and a File xxx field. When I synced, it appears to use the Name if there is one, if not, it uses the Company field.
It should use the File As field so that the contacts on my phone look like the contacts in Outlook.
