I'm obviously thick. The first thing I checked was FAQ but I coildn't find a thread. I would still appreciate some help.

When I downloaded my phone explorer everything worked fine first time. However, whenever I now try to synchronise with my phone i get the error message "could not open com4!"

Can you help me
