No on PC set to 16 bit?

i have a rooted droid razr and the phone screen shot (phone keypad) it connects the first time and then after a little bit it will not reload the screen, does not want to connect after the first connection but MPE will connect but not keypad some help please.

Restart your phone. The picture is not refreshing or you cannot input mouse/keyboard actions ?

DOES ANYBODY NO WHY THE PHONE KEYPAD RUNES FOR A WILE AND THEN IT STOPS REFRESHING. AND THEN IT WONT CONNECT. NEWEST VERSION OF CLIENT AND PC SOFTWARE. JUST RE DOWNLOADED BOTH AND STILL KEEPS DOING IT.
