How can I remove all the contacts from MPE and then start with a fresh sync from Outlook?

Yesterday I got a new phone and attempted to use a backup to restore the phone. Everything worked but the SMS Messages. When I restored the messages, I can see them in MPE, but they will not sync to the phone. Does anyone have a suggestion for a solution to this issue? Thanks!!!

Some of my appointments are not syncing from Outlook to MPE to Android Phone. I want to clear the calendar in MPE and the Android phone in order to do a new sync of calendar information. Does anyone how to do this?

Yes, I have tried the 'Force Outlook to phone' option. One thought is that I would create the contacts in the phone and have MPE not do anything with them on future syncs. This would be a band aid type fix. It would be good to know why these contacts are not syncing.

Well, after much work I am having good success with getting my contacts from Outlook into my Droid phone. There are only three contacts that will not sync. They appear in Outlook, but not in MPE or in my phone. Is there a way to force them into MPE so that they sync into the phone?

When syncing with Outlook all of my contacts are not syncing. The contacts that are designated to create an entry in the phone are showing up as Unknown with no data associated with the record. The same thing is happening to me. Sometimes when I sync, the software prompts me to add a contact to my phone. Instead of adding the complete contact information to my phone, the contact is added as Unknown. The Unknown contact is not accessible.
