I have tried again. Now with client version 1.0.16

1/ Created appointment in MPE desktop application. Synced to phone. Then synced phone to Outlook. Appointment appears in Outlook. The appointment is public. Easy enough -- I just need to specify it as private there.

2/ 38 reminders. Oldest ones ...

My experience was that I created an appointment in phone explorer & synced to phone. The appointment did not have "private" setting in my Outlook calendar. Before the sync, MPE had a pop-up window with something like "no appointments are available ...

New to Android -- I am happy to find this helpful app (having been active user of Nokia PC Suite).

My setup is:
Outlook syncs with phone via Mail for Exchange (MFE) setup at work.
My Outlook calendar contains personal appointments marked private.
I do not use Google calendar.
