It appears that something is different now. I even tried updating to the latest intel proset bluetooth drivers but still no avail. Everything worked great in Windows 8.1 As others have stated WIFI and USB are still ok. Lastly in case anyone else wants to know, I transitioned from Office 2013 to 2016 ...

I too am having the same issue, now with the FINAL RTM 10240 Build of Windows 10. I can get it to connect just fine via USB or WIFI but Bluetooth is a no go. I have done all the same things as above with no luck as well.

Download the current beta, this problem has been fixed long ago when it was first reported. Thank you for your comment however.

If you dont like the software a simple uninstall from add remove programs works wonders. I have been using this software for over 2 years now, including current betas! Everything works great so stop trashing this wonderful piece of software, if oyu dont like it simply UNINSTALL!

Are any of you guys that are having issues have Juice Defender Loaded by chance? Juice Defender is an Enable/disable battery conservation that works and will disable wifi, bluetooth, etc to conserve battery when not being used and it will not reactivate unless you have a rull exception to turn it on ...

Outllok has to be open inorder to sync properly, if Outlook is not open when phone explore goes to sync, it will open the current profile and sync.

Back several months ago when this occured I had the same problem. One issue that takes place and FJ can probably confirm this....When you download the nightly updates it does just that, it only UPDATES the current installation. IT IS NOT A FULL INSTALL. Bluetooth on a DV7 Series laptop works fine with my work phone an HTC Desire with 2.2 running client 1.0.16 beta1 and the current beta desktop. Also works fine with my Samsung Galaxy Prevail with Gingerbread 2.3.5.

The same that is already mention is something that is extremely common in the US as well. the same thing mentioned is also done here for ICE numbers.

To fix the problem in MS Outlook 2010, you can make a setting change so you do not have to always "Confirm" in Outlook to make the changes. Do the following for the fix.

In Outlook 2010

Click File
Click Options
Click Trust Center
Click Trust Center Settings
Click Progmattic Access ...

In Outlook 2010

Click File
Click Options
Click Trust Center
Click Trust Center Settings
Click Progmattic Access
Click the button to never warn.

Apply exit Outlook 2010 and restart
