Thanks, I downloaded the patch, but still crashes. I looked in the event viewer but couldn't see a log referring to fj software (i am not that technical so don't really know what to look for).

Yes crashed as soon as i pressed the down button

videos, music & text all work fine.
I'm using windows xp professional

Yes, it happens with all image files.

I can access all other types of file (music/video) but when i click on a jpeg myphoneexplorer crashes. Can anyone help???? I'm using a K800 with the latest version of myphoneexplorer.
