Connection to phone can not be established
Failed to obtain the IP-address of the phone

Since today is the first, I just noticed that calls I made in July are missing. After checking settings, I some how missed the option for saving archived calls.
Mine was set for 2 months, but have now re-set to "unlimited"

Hi Ray,

- Start MPE without connected device
- choose menu File > User > [old device] (old data should be shown now)
- choose menu Extras > Create backup (MPE will try to connect, ignore the message saying there's no device)
- MPE asks to do an Offline-Backup . Do that and remember the path ...
