I have no idea how you can enter your login details for the market, this is not necessari in my opinion.

Please let me know how I can install the apk files via MPE.

Connecting to the marked does not solve the problem.

I do the following steps with My Phone Explorer connected to my HTC:
Create Backup; select directory and fyle name
select only SMS(phone) and applications
select same folder for applications as for backup
Backup is created; all apps are in the ...

Please advice how to restore apps on my HTC desire after factory restet.

Backup was created with help of MyPhone Explorer, inclusive apps.
